Long Time No See...

 It certainly has been a long time. My life has had ups and downs, just like Irina's. She was never gone, but things were quiet for a while. Now things are very exciting for her.

She is on a mission with her friends to cross the desert and help Revali, who mistakenly pulled the Four Sword and was split in two versions of himself. Irina already got lost in the desert --she would have died if her friends had not found her-- and got injured by a Molduga. Now she is going to face something that is an even bigger challenge for her: the desert heat. 

Her bond with her friends is stronger than ever, but so is the hate from her enemies. She recently found out that her shadow is back after many years and wants revenge.  

I am involved in several personal projects that occupy most of my free time, so I do not draw much nowadays. However, I would like to keep this place as Irina's visual journal. And even though it is not close to drawings from a real artist (and I am not suggesting I am one), I will post some generated images to illustrate what this sweet, brave, and sometimes stubborn barmaid is up to.

If you are happy about this, drop a line here. Or even better, talk to the real Irina. She will appreciate it. :)

Someone will say what is lost can never be saved

It's great how drawing helps me concentrate in class. And I had a three-hour class today, so I got a chance to draw a quick sketch of chibi Irina.

I'm afraid she hasn't been feeling too good lately. Why do things have to be so complicated? I guess, as one of my professors would say, it's because stories are not interesting without conflict. To me, she's in a very interesting point of her story but I am sure she would disagree.

Hopefully next time I get to draw her things will be better for her. She's stronger than she thinks. :)

I have been so busy with work and school that I haven't been able to draw for a long time, even though I have been craving it often. I love breaks! Here is a drawing of Irina with her boy, June. He's growing so much!

Long time no see

I am finally done with my first class, which should mean I will have some time to draw (and roleplay) until the next class! It's good to be back. :)

Here is a new drawing. I drew it before the class started, but I was waiting to see if I could color it. Since I don't know when that will happen, I will just share the black and white version.

Here are Irina and Dark Link. Believe it or not, they met in Termina after not having seen each other for over three years and Irina could not believe her eyes. The good news, it was the real Dark, not something sent by Ganondorf to trick Irina again. The bad news, the encounter was not exactly what Irina was expecting.

The short trip to Termina was full of surprises.

Now, if I could only get Irina to cheer up and start drawing again... It's been years, hasn't it? She's the artist, not me. :)
